The point is to control the parameters more precisely. Because of its extremely small thermal conductivity, stainless steel is only about one-third of that of ordinary low-carbon steel. Two: As the pulse width increases, both methods can get the same result. The change of pulse width has a great influence on the effect of laser welding of ultra-thin stainless steel plates. A slight increase in the pulse width will cause the sample to oxidize and burn through. Three: As the pulse frequency increases, the overlap rate of the solder joints increases, and the width of the solder joints first increases, and then basically remains unchanged; through observation, it becomes more and more smooth and beautiful. However, when the pulse frequency increases to a certain value, the weld spatter is serious, the weld joint becomes rough, and the upper and lower surfaces of the weldment are oxidized. Four: The positive defocusing method should be adopted for laser welding of ultra-thin plates. With the same defocusing amount, the surface of the plate obtained by positive defocusing laser welding is smoother and more beautiful than the negative defocusing surface.
